When will my order be dispatched?
All paid orders will be processed and fulfilled within 2 business days.

There may be a delay in order fulfilment during sale/promotion period due to an increase in sales volume - do allow an additional 2-3 business days for us to process your order. We seek your patience and understanding – we're working as quickly as we can to get your orders to you!
How can I track my parcel?
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you can track your parcel with the tracking number and link provided in the shipment confirmation email.
My parcel has been returned to sender, what should I do?
If that happens, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and we'll arrange for it to be redelivered once we've confirmed that the parcel has reached us. A redelivery fee will incur.
Can I change my mailing details once my order is placed?
Please email us immediately after placing the order should you wish to make amendments to your mailing details. We can only accommodate your request if the order has yet been processed. Unfortunately, once your order is dispatched, we are unable to make any changes to the receiver's shipping details. Do note that it is your responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping address and we won't be responsible for delays in deliveries or parcels delivered to incorrect addresses caused by incorrect addresses provided.
Custom and Import Charge
Please note your parcel may be subjected to custom charges upon delivery. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. Unfortunately, we do not have control over these charges as custom policies and import duties varies differently from country to country.
Please take note that the delivery time frame provided are merely an estimation that serves as a guide and we will not be responsible for any unexpected delays once your orders has been dispatched. That includes delays due to custom clearance or failed delivery attempts by our logistic partners. In addition, we will not be held responsible in any unlikely event of lost parcels. All shipping costs are strictly non-refundable.
