When will my order be dispatched?
All orders will be processed once payment is received and will be shipped out within 2 working day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched.
When will my order arrive? How can I track my parcel?
All parcels will be delivered by our logistic partner, DHL eCommerce or J&T and should reach you within 1-3 working days for major states (i.e. Johor, Kuala Lumpur, Selangor & Penang) or 2-5 working days for the rest of the Malaysia. Please track your parcel with the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email to make sure you won't miss out when the delivery is being attempted.
In the case where you didn't receive an email, please:
1. Check your junk mail
2. Or simply log into your account where you can track
the status of your order including tracking number.
My parcel has been returned to sender, what should I do?
If that happens, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we'll arrange for it to be redelivered once we've confirmed that the parcel has reached us.
Note: a redeliver fee will incur
(RM10 for Peninsula Malaysia & RM15 for West Malaysia)
Can I change my mailing address once order is made?
Please email us immediately after placing the order if you wish to make amendments to your mailing details/address. We can only accommodate your request if the order has yet to be processed. Unfortunately, once your order has been processed, we are unable to accommodate any changes to the receiver's details/mailing address.
We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING to Singapore for all orders
& FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING for orders above SGD150.
Standard shipping will be fulfilled by our delivery partner, Teleport and should reach you within 7-10 working days. Should you wish to receive your parcel sooner, do opt for Express shipping via SF Express which takes only 3-5 working days.
