RETURN & EXCHANGE

Due to the nature of products sold and for hygiene reasons, we only accept returns for defective, incorrect items sent as well as size exchanges. 

Here's a quick checklist of requirements for ALL return items:
1. Return request to be made within 7 days of receiving your order
2. Items must be returned within 14 days
3. Items must be in original condition with all tags attached
4. Items must not be worn, soiled, washed or altered in any way

Note: all shipping fees are non-refundable and items may only be exchanged once.

DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT ITEMS

We work hard to ensure all of our products are beautifully engineered to the highest quality. We do our best. At the end of the day, we're only human. If you received a defective item or something you didn't order, let us know. We will take care of it for you. 

Shipping fees for the exchange of defective/incorrect items will be borne by us.

SIZE EXCHANGES

Unhappy with a size you ordered? No worries. We're happy to provide a size exchange. 

However, shipping fees for size exchanges will not be covered by us.
The two-way shipping fees are as follows:
West Malaysia - RM12
East Malaysia - RM30
Singapore - RM45

Measurements are stated in the sizing chart found in each product page. If you're in between sizes, or unsure of your size, please check our sizing guide or reach out to us for sizing recommendations. 

SALES ITEMS

Final sale items are ineligible for exchanges and non-refundable. This includes items bought during promotion period. 

How to return?

Please write to us at hello@camelliawear.com within 7 days of receiving your order to expedite your return request. Do note that any request made after the 7 days time frame will not be accepted. 

In your email, do include:

  1. The reason for return
  2. Your order number
  3. Detailed description and supporting images of defective/incorrect item(s), if any

Upon processing your return request, we'll provide you with a return label. 

Please follow the steps below to return your parcel:

  1. Make sure the items are in unworn, unwashed and unaltered conditions, with tags intact & in original packaging.
  2. Pack the items in the original poly mailer the items were packed in, or in any poly mailer.
  3. Print out the return label provided and affix to the poly mailer.
  4. Drop the parcel off at any of the drop off points listed within 2 working days. Find your nearest drop off point here.

 Note that parcels must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Any returned parcels received thereafter will not be accepted and will be deemed ineligible for the requested exchange.

What happens after that?

After the parcel has been dropped off, do allow 5-7 working days for it to reach us. Once we've received the parcel and processed your return order, you'll receive an email update along with a tracking number from us.

If your replacement item is no longer in stock, you'll automatically receive store credit for your return.

What would NOT be considered as defective item(s)?

  • Colour discrepancy: please allow up to 20% colour variation of the actual product from our product image - it may appear lighter/darker due to devices' display screen resolution, lighting, filters & colour grading
  • Minor imperfections that does not affect the functionality of the product e.g. loose threads, creases, dust, stains smaller than 0.5cm etc
  • Self-inflicted damage/cut to the product(s)
  • Slight differences in measurements: do allow ±3cm variation in measurements of actual product and our sizing chart
