Due to the nature of products sold and for hygiene reasons, we only accept returns for defective/incorrect items as well as size exchanges.

|Request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
For size exchange, items must be:
Measurements are stated in the sizing chart found in each product page. All products are true to size, unless otherwise stated.
What would NOT be considered as defective item(s)?
01 Colour discrepancy: please allow up to 20% colour variation of the actual product from our product images - it may appear lighter/darker due to devices' display screen resolution, lighting, filters & colour grading.

|Final sale items are ineligible for exchanges and non-refundable. This includes items bought using a discount/promo code.
For domestic exchange,
we'll arrange for a courier to pick up the return parcel from you. Two-way shipping fees as follows:

For overseas exchange,
please return the parcel using a trackable courier of your choice. Redelivery fees as follows:
*Redelivery fee could be waived if a new order is placed and exchange item(s) can be shipped out together.
HOW TO RETURN?
Please write to us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order to expedite your return request. Do note that any request made after the 7-days time frame will not be accepted.

01 The reason for return
02 Your order number
03 Detailed description and supporting images of defective/incorrect item(s), if any
|Upon processing your request, we'll provide you with the return instructions
|Make sure the items are in unworn, unwashed and unaltered conditions, with tags intact & in original packaging
|Pack the items in a poly mailer and seal it securely.
|For domestic return:
Write the details provided on the parcel with a permanent marker ensure that they are visible.
|For overseas return:
Return the parcel with a courier of your choice and update us the tracking number.
|Once we've received the parcel, it takes 1-3 working days to process the return,
you'll receive an email update along with a tracking number once a redelivery is arranged.
