RETURN & EXCHANGE


Due to the nature of products sold and for hygiene reasons, we only accept returns for defective/incorrect items as well as size exchanges.

Unhappy with a size you ordered? No worries, we're happy to help with a size exchange!  Received a defective item or something you didn't order? Let us know, we'll take care of it for you.

Terms & conditions
Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. It is the customer's duty to inspect the goods and confirm receipt of the correct items within 7 days of delivery.  

For returns, items must be: 

  • returned within 14 days
  • in original condition with all tags attached
  • unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged

Measurements are stated in the sizing chart found in each product page. All products are true to size, unless otherwise stated.

If you're in between sizes, or unsure of your size, please check our sizing guide or reach out to us for size recommendations. 

Please refrain from trying on garments that are too small, as doing so may cause damages to the products and make them ineligible for returns.

What would NOT be considered as defective item(s)?

  • Colour discrepancy: please allow up to 20% colour variation of the actual product from our product images - it may appear lighter/darker due to devices' display screen resolution, lighting, filters & colour grading.
    Note: for sets, the colour of top and bottoms might differ slightly if they are from different batches. 
  • Minor imperfections that does not affect the overall functionality of the product e.g. loose threads, creases, dust, stains smaller than 0.5cm etc
  • Self-inflicted damages to the product(s)
  • Slight differences in measurements: do allow ± 3cm variation in measurements of actual product and our sizing chart
Things to note
  • All shipping fees are non-refundable and items may only be exchanged once.
  • Parcels must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Any returned parcels received thereafter will be returned to sender and deemed ineligible for exchange.
  • We are not liable for any lost return parcels and will not be able to process your return if it does not reach us. All return parcels will be in your responsibility.
  • If your replacement item is no longer in stock, you'll be prompted to select an alternative or receive store credit for your return.
  • If an entire order is to be returned, shipping fees will be deducted from the store credit refunded (even for free shipping orders).  
Sale items 
Final sale items are ineligible for exchanges and non-refundable. This includes items bought using a discount/promo code.

For domestic exchange,
please return the parcel using a trackable courier of your choice. Redelivery fees are as follows:

HOW TO RETURN?

Please write to us at return@camelliawear.com within 7 days of receiving your order to expedite your return request.
Do note that any request made after the 7-days time frame will not be accepted. 
Step 01
In your email, do include:
01 The reason for return
02 Your order number
03 Detailed description and supporting images of defective/incorrect item(s), if any
Upon processing your request, we'll provide you with the return instructions
Step 02 Make sure the items are in unworn, unwashed and unaltered conditions, with tags intact & in original packaging
Step 03  Pack the items in a poly mailer and seal it securely.
Step 04 Return the parcel with a courier of your choice and update us the tracking number. 
Once we've received the parcel, it takes 1-3 working days to process the return,
you'll receive an email update along with a tracking number once a redelivery is arranged.
